The Deal: Free upgrade to All Inclusive Plus (Offer by resort)
Our total cost for this trip is about SGD $4,500 (We travel by Tiger Airways, thus our overall expenses are lower than normal)
A quick breakdown of some of our expenses in SGD (For 2 pax):
Flights to Male: $660 (with 15kg check in both ways)
1 night stay in a transit hotel @ Hulhumale: $100 (As our arrival flight was in the evening)
Seaplane (45mins flight) to resort: USD 350 per pax abt $980
4 nights stay under All Inclusive Plus Beach Villa package: $2660
Note: Our total cost was due last minute booking. We realised that if planned early the cost can be cheaper by $1k. If we were to plan in Jan and travel in May, cost for 4 nights @ Kuredu is about SGD$1,360 and our Tiger flights was booked without any sales deal.
FYI: You NEED to prepare USD when visiting Maldives as most places accept USD only
Some update details of our trip:
We had an early morning 7am seaplane flight out of Male (had to wake up @ 5am, Male time is 3hrs behind Singapore) and since its so early our transit hotel didn't provide any breakfast and all the shops @ the airport was not open. We went without breakfast >.< all the way till we reach the resort. But I was so glad that we can leave early! can't wait for our holiday to start! :)
Welcome drink upon arrival :)))) the service was excellence! Our island host pick us up @ the seaplane.
We were very early, as check in time is actually 2pm (Kuredu time is 2hrs behind Singapore) but good news we got free upgrade to Jacuzzi Beach Villas and our All Inclusive Plus package starts right away! :)))
So after we settle our seaplane bill (we paid in USD, cash) off we went to have a proper Breakfast! Our All Inclusive Plus package includes food and drinks during our whole stay on the island.
Ok side track a bit for more information to what is in our All Inclusive Plus package (information is from the resort's website):
So its Buffet all the way!! lol
After breakfast we attend a information section with includes what is available and some dos and don'ts.
After lunch we was able to check in to our home for the next 4 nights!! Happy!!!
View from inside of our room! Water soooo blue!! Pictures of the rooms on their website are all correct and up to date. Rooms are also very clean, cleaner than some 5 stars hotels I have stayed in before. Our room is located near the "O" resort (Island has 3 sections/parts). "O" is for guest over 12 years of age. Sangu is for guest over 18 years of age. These 2 areas are suitable for honeymooners :) So there will be no children when we dine in these 2 parts of the island. But don't worry if you have children, as this resort is very children friendly also, the other parts of the island is open for families and we saw many families with young children and also babies.

Basically for 4 days we: eat, swim, drink, sleep repeat lolol
We explore the resort's house reef a lot (House Reef means the reef within swimming distance of the resort's beach)
FYI: Snorkelling equipments are not free after the 2hr free snorkelling session, we didn't check how much was the cost of rental but we hear that its about USD9 for 1 day. So we decided to buy our own equipments as 4 days rental will cost USD36 and buying our own set in Singapore cost under SGD50.
The resort has a ship whack in their House Reef
And spot turtles!! The resort has many resident turtles so its easy to spot a few eating seaweed around the lagoon :)
